Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Advance Modular ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Advance Modular provides container conversion and modular construction services, including but not limited to:

• Office container conversions
• Residential container conversions
• Custom modular building solutions
• Design and consultation services
• Project management and installation

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for your project
• Ensure site accessibility and preparation as specified in project agreements
• Make payments according to agreed schedules and terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones
• Final payment is due upon completion and acceptance of work
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in individual contracts. Our liability is limited to:

• Repair or replacement of defective work or materials
• Compensation not exceeding the contract value
• Coverage as outlined in specific warranty terms

Advance Modular shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.

All designs, plans, and intellectual property created by Advance Modular remain our property unless specifically transferred in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project as outlined in individual agreements.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
